There isn't a magic formula, secret regimen or shortcut to obtain quick results. There’s a lot of information out there and many knowledgeable trainers for your choosing. The goal is to find a trainer who implements their expertise through structured sessions while effectively communicating to the client. Whether the session is hard or simply learning a new skill, ultimately, the experience of the athlete should be enjoyable. You can count on RTA to provide the expertise, experience, communication, fun environment and dedication to achieving your goals.
Water bottle, running shoes and cleats/spikes are required for most, if not all sessions. Any additional equipment like bands, weights or sleds will be provided by RTA.
Sessions typically last about an hour. May exceed 60 min on occasion.
For 1st time clients, fill out the application. Afterwards, book a session that best fits your needs.
Everybody's goals and availability are different. If your schedule frequently changes, and its hard to commit to a structured plan, the BRONZE package and regular SEMI-PRIVATE option is for you. The SILVER monthly package is best suited for those with a more consistent schedule with a few other obligations. The GOLD monthly package is for the fully dedicated who are committed to chasing their results and driven to get ahead of their competition. It's easier to pass a test if you study more than once a week.
Technical improvements can be pretty subjective. With RTA, we'll measure progress along the way. Using a top of the line timing system ensures consistent, unbiased and objective results. Sport performance and progress can be measured during athletic events/games. A great indicator is recognizing your improvement in movement and how you feel throughout competition.
RTA enforces a 24 hour cancellation policy. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of session rate. Communication is key!
Majority of training sessions will be held at Mission Heights Neighborhood Park (next to Fashion Valley Mall). For team training, session will be held at practice location. Any other location will have to be requested and approved.
